catholic school will be in court today. he is charged with sex crimes against a former student. 25 year-old max rubensttein faces 22 felony counts, including forcing a minor to perform oral sex. he is being held on half a million dollars bail. police say that rubinstein met to the victim at st. hilary's school and he sexually abused her for nearly a year. it happened while she was still working at the school and that the girl had gone on to high school. as far as whether rubinstein molested other students, police said that the investigation is still ongoing. >> we will be right back.
